THE STRONG, UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM LOCATED  
OFFSHORE WILL CONTINUE TO BRING UNSTABLE WEATHER ACROSS THE FIRE  
SITE. PERSISTENT SOUTHWEST FLOW ALOFT WILL KEEP RAIN CHANCES  
(60-70%) AT THE FIRE LOCATION THURSDAY BEFORE CHANCES INCREASE  
(75-95%) ON FRIDAY ASSOCIATED WITH A PASSING SURFACE FRONT. WINDS  
WILL BE LIGHT AND VARIABLE THURSDAY, BUT WILL BECOME BREEZY ON  
FRIDAY ASSOCIATED WITH THE PASSING FRONT WITH GUSTS OF 25 MPH  
POSSIBLE OUT OF THE SOUTHWEST. HIGH AND LOW TEMPERATURES WILL BE  
INCREASING 1-4 DEGREES EACH DAY, AS AFTERNOON HUMIDITIES HOVER  
AROUND 80% BOTH DAYS WITH EXCELLENT OVERNIGHT RECOVERIES.
