AT 735 AM...LOCALLY DENSE FOG HAD DEVELOPED ACROSS THE NORTHERN
PORTION OF THE WILLAMETTE VALLEY AND THE INTERIOR LOWLANDS OF
SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON. VISIBILITY IN THE FOG IS GENERALLY ONE
QUARTER TO ONE HALF OF A MILE, WITH A FEW POCKETS OF DENSE FOG
REDUCING VISIBILITY TO AS LOW AS A FEW HUNDRED FEET. FOG SHOULD
LIFT FOR IMPROVED VISIBILITY LATER THIS MORNING.

TEMPERATURES ARE NEAR FREEZING, WITH MANY OUTLYING LOWLAND AREAS
BELOW FREEZING. AS A RESULT, ROADS MAY BE SLICK THIS MORNING...
ESPECIALLY OUTSIDE OF THE URBAN CENTERS.

BE SURE TO GIVE YOURSELF A LITTLE EXTRA TIME IF PLANNING A DRIVE
THIS MORNING. IF CYCLING OR WALKING, CONSIDER WEARING BRIGHT OR
REFLECTIVE CLOTHING IN ORDER TO IMPROVE CHANCES OF BEING SEEN BY
OTHERS.
