* AT 1005 PM PST, SNOWMELT COMBINED WITH RAIN WILL PRODUCE STANDING  
WATER ON ROADWAYS IN SEATTLE, TACOMA, OLYMPIA AND SURROUNDING  
CITIES THROUGH THE TUESDAY MORNING COMMUTE. IN SOME AREAS THE  
STANDING WATER WILL BE DEEP AND WIDESPREAD ENOUGH TO CAUSE ROAD  
CLOSURES. ROADS THAT COULD POSSIBLY BE CLOSED FOR A TIME INCLUDE
