WITH GUSTS NEAR 20 MPH.  
 
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...20 TO 30 PERCENT, AND TEMPERATURES IN THE  
MID 80S TO LOWER 90S.  
 
* IMPACTS...A COMBINATION OF WIND, LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY, AND
