INTERNATIONAL FALLS MN...  
 
THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR JULY WAS 66.1 DEGREES WHICH WAS 0.9  
DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 65.2 DEGREES. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE  
FOR THE MONTH WAS 86 DEGREES ON THE 2ND AND THE 8TH. THE LOWEST  
TEMPERATURE WAS 37 DEGREES ON THE 30TH. NO DAILY TEMPERATURE RECORDS  
WERE BROKEN FOR THE MONTH. ONE DAILY TEMPERATURE RECORD WAS BROKEN  
FOR THE MONTH. ON THE 30TH A RECORD DAILY LOW TEMPERATURE OF 37  
DEGREES WAS SET. THIS BROKE THE PREVIOUS RECORD OF 38 DEGREES SET IN  
1898. NINE DAYS HAD AVERAGE TEMPERATURES BELOW NORMAL.

ON 2 DAYS. ONE DAILY PRECIPITATION RECORD WAS BROKEN FOR THE MONTH.

MONTH WHICH WAS 7 ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 76. THE SEASONAL TOTAL COOLING  
DEGREE DAYS STANDS AT 117 WHICH IS 6 BELOW THE NORMAL OF 123.  
 
THE OUTLOOK FOR AUGUST...NORMAL HIGHS BEGIN THE MONTH IN THE UPPER  
70S AND COOL TO THE LOW 70S BY THE END OF THE MONTH. NORMAL LOWS  
BEGIN THE MONTH IN THE LOW 50S AND COOL TO THE UPPER 40S BY THE END  
OF THE MONTH. NORMAL PRECIPITATION FOR AUGUST IS 2.81 INCHES. THE  
LATEST CLIMATE PREDICTION CENTER OUTLOOK INDICATES THAT ODDS ARE  
TILTED TOWARD BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND THERE IS NO CLEAR
