WISCONSIN.  
   
DAY ONE
 
TODAY AND TONIGHT  
 
ONE TO THREE INCHES OF WET SNOW WILL IMPACT NORTHEAST AND EAST-  
CENTRAL WISCONSIN THIS MORNING. UNTREATED ROADS COULD BECOME SLIPPERY  
OR SLUSHY FOR THIS MORNING'S COMMUTE. A COMBINATION OF GUSTY WINDS  
AND FALLING SNOW MAY ALSO RESULT IN REDUCED VISIBILITIES. THE SNOW  
WILL LIKELY CHANGE TO RAIN BY 9 TO 10 AM.  
 
IN ADDITION, STRONG GUSTY NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS FROM 35 TO 45  
MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS MORNING THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF THE  
AFTERNOON. THE STRONG WINDS COMBINED WITH THE WET SNOWFALL MAY  
LEAD TO ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES, DIFFICULT TRAVEL, AND LOOSE  
OUTDOOR OBJECTS TO BE BLOWN AROUND.
