WEST THIS AFTERNOON AND BEGIN TO SUBSIDE INTO THE EVENING HOURS.  
A FEW STRONGER GUSTS OF 15 TO 25 MPH ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE DAY.  
THE SW WINDS WILL BRING SOME LIMITED MOISTURE NORTH AND SHOULD ALLOW  
FOR A RANGE OF MIN RH VALUES BETWEEN 40 TO 45 PERCENT. A COLD FRONT  
MOVES THROUGH TONIGHT SHIFTING WINDS TO THE NORTH. GUSTY NORTHERLY
