BROAD SURFACE LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES CONTINUES TO EXIT THE  
NORTHERN GREAT LAKES TONIGHT. BRISK NORTHERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP  
AS THE LOW MOVES TOWARD THE LOWER GREAT LAKES LATE TONIGHT INTO  
THURSDAY EVENING. LIGHTER NORTHERLY WINDS ARE THEN EXPECTED FOR
