WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH  
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE  
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL  
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.  
   
SYNOPSIS
 
 
HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES OVER WEST VIRGINIA WILL MOVE TO THE  
EAST COAST TONIGHT BUT WITH A TRAILING SURFACE RIDGE ACROSS  
SOUTHERN WISCONSIN AND SOUTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN. A STRONG COLD  
FRONT OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO WILL THEN SWEEP SOUTH ACROSS LAKE  
MICHIGAN ON SUNDAY. BRISK NORTHERLY WINDS ARE EXPECTED WITH THE  
FRONTAL PASSAGE INCLUDING GALE FORCE WINDS FROM LATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON  
INTO MONDAY MORNING OVER THE SOUTHERN TWO THIRDS OF THE LAKE. HIGH  
WAVES WILL QUICKLY BUILD SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE WELL INTO  
MONDAY.  
 
QUIET CONDITIONS ARE THEN EXPECTED AS HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES  
SETTLES OVER THE GREAT LAKES THROUGH TUESDAY. LOW PRESSURE  
APPROACHING FROM THE GREAT PLAINS WILL BRING OUR NEXT CHANCE FOR  
GUSTY SOUTHERLY WINDS OVER LAKE MICHIGAN WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO
