WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH  
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE  
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL  
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.  
   
SYNOPSIS
 
 
HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES WILL LINGER ACROSS THE NORTHEAST U.S.  
THROUGH MONDAY. LOW PRESSURE AROUND 29.9 INCHES WILL MOVE INTO  
FAR NORTHEASTERN NEBRASKA THIS EVENING, THEN SHIFT INTO SOUTHEAST  
MINNESOTA TONIGHT AND ACROSS NORTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN INTO NORTHERN  
LAKE HURON ON MONDAY. MEANWHILE, HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES WILL  
BUILD INTO WESTERN ONTARIO ON MONDAY.  
 
SOUTH WINDS WILL BECOME GUSTY BY THIS AFTERNOON, WITH GUSTS  
CONTINUING TONIGHT, BECOMING SOUTHWEST INTO MONDAY MORNING. A FEW  
GALE FORCE GUSTS ARE POSSIBLE TONIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING. A  
PERIOD OF MIXED PRECIPITATION, WITH SNOW, FREEZING DRIZZLE, AND  
RAIN WILL ACCOMPANY THE PASSAGE OF THE LOW.  
 
WINDS WILL SHIFT TO BECOME NORTHERLY AND WEAKEN BEHIND A COLD  
FRONT LATER MONDAY INTO MONDAY NIGHT. LIGHT AND VARIABLE WINDS
