WITH SLIGHTLY LOWER AMOUNTS IN SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN. THIS WILL  
IMPACT THE MORNING COMMUTE.  
 
SNOW WILL BECOME MIXED WITH OR CHANGE OVER TO FREEZING RAIN  
ACROSS SOUTHEAST AND PARTS OF SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN LATE
