MILES WEST OF NORTHFIELD, MOVING EAST AT 55 MPH.  
 
WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.  
 
LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...  
MINNEAPOLIS, ST. PAUL, OWATONNA, FARIBAULT, NORTHFIELD, ALBERT LEA,  
RED WING, RIVER FALLS, BLOOMINGTON, BROOKLYN PARK, PLYMOUTH AND  
EAGAN.  
 
THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...  
INTERSTATE 35 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 1 AND 80.  
INTERSTATE 90 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 140 AND 173.  
INTERSTATE 94 IN WISCONSIN BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 1 AND 6.  
U.S. HIGHWAY 14 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 154 AND 182.
