APPROX 250 NM OFFSHORE WILL SLIDE EAST TO BANKS ISLAND THROUGH  
FRIDAY. A WEATHER FRONT WILL CLIP THE COAST AS IT TRACKS EAST.  
HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD FROM THE NORTHWEST TOWARDS UTQIAGVIK
