THIS MORNING. HOWEVER...THE CAUTIONARY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE  
OVER THE ENTIRE MARINE AREA THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS...WITH WINDS  
AND SEAS DIMINISHING BY THIS AFTERNOON. THEREAFTER...LIGHT WINDS
