ADVISORY, WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM CDT THIS MORNING.  
 
* VISIBILITY...WILL BE GENERALLY A QUARTER OF A MILE OR LESS AT  
TIMES.  
 
* IMPACTS...AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY CAUSING  
HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS.  
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...  
 
A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
