ADVISORY, WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THIS MORNING.  
 
* VISIBILITY...WILL DROP TO ONE QUARTER OF A MILE OR LESS AT  
TIMES.  
 
* IMPACTS...OF THE DENSE FOG WILL RESULT IN HAZARDOUS DRIVING  
CONDITIONS DUE TO THE LIMITED OR EVEN RESTRICTED VISIBILITIES.
