THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN  
THE ADVISORY AREA. 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN IN LESS THAN  
AN HOUR.
