VISIBILITIES LOCALLY TO UNDER 1 MILE TODAY. MOTORIST SHOULD BE ON  
THE LOOKOUT FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITIES AND REDUCE SPEED IF  
ENCOUNTERING BLOWING SNOW.
