NORTHWARD OVER THE NORTH CENTRAL GULF. BETTER COVERAGE OF  
THUNDERSTORMS WILL ALSO BE LIKELY MOSTLY IN THE FORM OF SQUALLS.  
PERIODS OF VERY HEAVY RAIN REDUCING VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN ONE
