FOR TRAPPED SMOKE TO REDUCE VISIBILITY ON ROADWAYS IN PROXIMITY TO  
SMOLDERING WILDFIRES. THIS WILL BE ESPECIALLY TRUE FOR THE WATER  
PLANT WILDFIRE IN EASTERN ORANGE COUNTY ON STATE ROUTE'S 520 AND 528  
AND OTHER NEARBY ADJACENT ROADWAYS. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR  
POSSIBLE SUDDEN CHANGES IN VISIBILITY AND REDUCE SPEED AS NEEDED  
WHILE USING LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS.  
 
OVERNIGHT LOWS MILD AND GENERALLY IN THE UPPER 60S TO LOWER 70S
