.HEAVY RAINFALL TONIGHT OF 2 TO 3 INCHES OVER THE LITTLE MANATEE  
RIVER AND MANATEE RIVER WILL CAUSE BOTH RIVERS TO RISE TO MINOR  
FLOOD STAGE TOMORROW.
