A WEAK SURFACE TROUGH OVER THE NORTHERN WATERS WILL  
TRACK WESTWARD AND WEAKEN THROUGH MIDWEEK. AN UPPER LOW OVER THE  
REGION WILL SUPPORT A FEW THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH TONIGHT...MAINLY OVER  
THE NE WATERS. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD NORTH OF THE WATERS TUESDAY  
THROUGH SATURDAY.
