SYNOPSIS
 
A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE TO THE NORTH OF THE AREA WILL  
MAINTAIN EAST WINDS. THE RIDGE WILL WEAKEN THROUGH THE SECOND HALF OF  
THE WEEK AS LOW PRESSURE PASSES FAR TO THE NORTH AND DRAGS A  
WEAKENING FRONT OVER THE NORTHWEST WATERS.
