SYNOPSIS
 
A SURFACE LOW NE OF THE OFFSHORE WATERS WILL REMAIN  
NEARLY STATIONARY THROUGH MONDAY, BEFORE LIFTING AWAY FROM THE AREA.  
A STRONG HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD FAR NW OF THE AREA, RESULTING IN  
BREEZY TRADE WINDS RETURNING TO THE OFFSHORE WATERS OVER THE SECOND  
HALF OF THE WEEK.  

 
HAWAIIAN WATERS WITHIN 40 NAUTICAL MILES INCLUDING THE CHANNELS-
