HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE GREAT LAKES KEPT THE REGION DRY AND MILD  
ON MONDAY. A BAND OF HIGH CLOUDS FILTERED THE SUNSHINE THROUGHOUT  
THE DAY. TEMPERATURES REACHED THE MID 80S OVER CENTRAL MISSOURI,  
AND THE MID 70S OVER PARTS OF EASTERN IOWA AND WESTERN ILLINOIS.  
ACROSS THE REGION HIGHS RANGED FROM 82 DEGREES AT KEOKUK,  
FAIRFIELD AND MOUNT PLEASANT, TO 75 DEGREES AT DUBUQUE,  
MONTICELLO, AND FREEPORT.  
 
SKIES WILL BECOME MOSTLY CLEAR OVERNIGHT, AND WITH A LIGHT WIND  
TEMPERATURES WILL SETTLE INTO THE UPPER 50S TO LOWER 60S.  
 
HIGH PRESSURE WILL KEEP THE REGION MOSTLY CLEAR AND DRY TUESDAY  
AND TUESDAY NIGHT. TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM HIGHS IN THE 80S  
TO LOWS IN THE 60S. THE NEXT CHANCE FOR RAIN WILL BE WEDNESDAY  
THROUGH THURSDAY WHEN A COLD FRONT APPROACHES THE REGION FROM THE
