ACROSS NORTHEAST MISSOURI, NORTHWEST ILLINOIS, AND EASTERN IOWA.  
OVERNIGHT RAINFALL AMOUNTS RANGED FROM 26 HUNDREDTHS AT CEDAR  
RAPIDS TO 47 HUNDREDTHS AT DAVENPORT AND IOWA CITY TO 72  
HUNDREDTHS AT BURLINGTON. LOW TEMPERATURES ON TUESDAY MORNING  
RANGED FROM 32 DEGREES AT INDEPENDENCE AND FAIRFIELD TO 42  
DEGREES AT MACOMB.  
 
A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO MICHIGAN AND INDIANA BY TUESDAY  
EVENING. PRECIPITATION WILL COME TO AN END FROM NORTHWEST TO  
SOUTHEAST DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON WITH RAIN TRANSITIONING TO  
FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET OR SNOW. LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN IS  
POSSIBLE THIS MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL  
RANGE FROM 33 DEGREES AT INDEPENDENCE TO 60 DEGREES AT PRINCETON
