PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND BRISK NORTHWEST WINDS ARE BEING  
REPORTED ACROSS THE REGION AS OF MID AFTERNOON WITH EVEN A FEW  
FLURRIES. 3 PM TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM AROUND 14 DEGREES OVER  
NORTHEAST NEBRASKA TO THE LOWER 20S ACROSS SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA. HIGH  
PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE REGION TONIGHT WITH BOTH WINDS AND  
CLOUDS DECREASING. THESE CONDITIONS WILL ALLOW TEMPERATURES TO FALL  
RAPIDLY WITH OVERNIGHT LOWS DIPPING INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE AND  
BELOW ZERO.  
 
THE REGION WILL REMAIN UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF HIGH PRESSURE ON  
WEDNESDAY WITH DRY, BUT COLD CONDITIONS. AFTERNOON HIGHS IN THE 20S  
ARE FORECAST.
