MORNING, MAINLY ACROSS PORTIONS OF EASTERN NEBRASKA.  
 
A STRONG SYSTEM WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION THIS WEEKEND WHICH  
COULD BRING A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW TO THE AREA. THE TRACK AND
