A WEAK COLD FRONT EXTENDED FROM NORTHWEST WISCONSIN  
INTO SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA THIS MORNING. THIS FRONT WILL SLIDE  
ACROSS THE AREA TODAY. ANY SHOWERS AND STORMS THAT DEVELOP ALONG  
THE FRONT DURING THE AFTERNOON ARE EXPECTED TO BE SOUTH OF THE  
BURN SITE. EXPECT LIGHT SOUTHWEST WINDS AHEAD OF THE FRONT TO  
SWING AROUND TO THE NORTHWEST BEHIND THE FRONT BUT REMAIN UNDER 10  
MPH. HIGH TEMPERATURES SHOULD REACH THE UPPER 80S WITH A MINIMUM  
RELATIVE HUMIDITY AROUND 45 PERCENT.
