AN AREA OF SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS AND SHOWERS HAS DEVELOPED AND WILL  
MOVE EAST ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH 7 AM. THE STRONGEST STORMS MAY  
PRODUCE SMALL HAIL UP TO A HALF INCH IN DIAMETER AND BRIEF HEAVY  
DOWNPOURS. MOST LOCATIONS WILL SEE LIGHT RAIN AMOUNTS WITH SOME  
LOCALIZED AMOUNTS OVER A QUARTER OF INCH.
