AT 1135 PM CDT, DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT RAINFALL WAS TAPERING  
ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. HOWEVER EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL CONTINUE AFTER  
THE AREA RECEIVED TWO TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN. FLASH FLOODING IS  
LIKELY TO OCCUR.
