LOW PRESSURE PASSING SOUTH OF NEW ENGLAND MAY DEVELOP INTO A GALE  
CENTER EARLY SATURDAY. AS THE LOW STRENGTHENS...EAST TO NORTHEAST  
WINDS MAY INCREASE WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 KNOTS. SEAS MAY BUILD UP  
TO 8 TO 10 FEET.  
 
THERE ARE STILL TIMING...TRACK AND STRENGTH ISSUES TO RESOLVE FOR  
THIS UNUSUALLY STRONG COASTAL STORM PASSING SOUTH OF NEW ENGLAND  
EARLY THIS WEEKEND.  
 
MARINERS ARE URGED TO MONITOR UPDATED FORECASTS THROUGH FRIDAY ON  
THE POTENTIAL TRACK AND STRENGTH OF THIS LOW AND ITS POTENTIAL
