THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST  
MINNESOTA...NORTHEAST IOWA...AND SOUTHWEST INTO CENTRAL  
WISCONSIN.  
   
DAY ONE
 
TODAY AND TONIGHT  
 
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON. THE MAIN  
THREAT WITH THESE STORMS WILL BE GUSTY WINDS AND LIGHTNING.  
 
MINOR FLOODING CONTINUES ALONG PORTIONS OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER  
SOUTH OF LANSING IOWA. MEANWHILE ELEVATED RIVER LEVELS CONTINUE  
ELSEWHERE ALONG THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER. IF YOU ARE PLANNING ANY  
RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES ON THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER BE ALERT FOR  
THESE HIGH WATER LEVELS AND WATCH OUT FOR DEBRIS IN THE WATER THAT  
MAY POSE A THREAT TO WATERCRAFT.  
   
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
 
TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY  
 
MINOR FLOODING WILL CONTINUE ALONG THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER SOUTH OF  
LANSING IOWA.  
 
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND  
EVENING. THE MAIN THREAT WITH THESE STORMS WILL BE GUSTY WINDS  
AND LIGHTNING.  
 
THERE ARE ADDITIONAL CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS AT TIMES FROM  
WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT. IT IS TOO EARLY TO  
DETERMINE IF SEVERE WEATHER WOULD BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
