IN CLOUDS LATER IN THE DAY. TEMPERATURES WILL BE VERY WARM AGAIN TODAY,  
WITH HIGHS REACHING THE LOW 80S. SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE TO AROUND  
10 MPH, WITH SOME GUSTS TO AROUND 20 MPH DURING THE AFTERNOON. ALTHOUGH  
MOISTURE WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE, THE VERY WARM TEMPERATURES WILL ALLOW RH  
TO FALL TO NEAR OR JUST BELOW 40 PERCENT.
