DISCUSSION

MOISTURE WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD OVER THE AREA TODAY
AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT. THIS MOISTURE WILL KEEP SKIES
CLOUDY THROUGH THE DAY, PRODUCE SOME FOG THROUGH THE MORNING AND
KEEP THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY ON THE HIGH SIDE. THE MINIMUM RELATIVE
HUMIDITY WILL DROP TO AROUND 70 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON AS
TEMPERATURES WARM INTO THE LOWER 40S. NO PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED
UNTIL TONIGHT, BUT THERE COULD BE A LITTLE BIT OF DRIZZLE AT
TIMES WITH THE LOW CLOUDS AND FOG. RAIN WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE
AREA TONIGHT AND THEN CHANGE TO SNOW THURSDAY AS THE COLD FRONT
MOVES THROUGH. WINDS WILL SWITCH TO THE NORTHWEST BEHIND THE
FRONT, TEMPERATURES WILL QUICKLY FALL AS THE COLD AIR MOVES IN AND
THE RAIN WILL SWITCH OVER TO LIGHT SNOW.
