DAY ONE
 
THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT  
 
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE LATE THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS  
PORTIONS OF FAR NORTHEASTERN MISSOURI INTO WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS,  
THEN ACROSS THE REST OF THE OUTLOOK AREA THIS EVENING. SEVERE  
STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED.  
 
THE RAIN MAY SWITCH OVER TO WET SNOW AFTER MID EVENING WITH AT  
LEAST LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS POSSIBLE ALONG AND NORTHWEST OF A LINE  
FROM WEST OF THE CEDAR RAPIDS AREA, TO NORTHWEST OF DUBUQUE IOWA.  
 
WINDS BEHIND A PASSING COLD FRONT WILL BECOME BRISK LATER THIS  
EVENING AND INTO EARLY SUNDAY MORNING, GUSTING BETWEEN 30 TO 40  
MPH.
