TORNADO WAS LOCATED 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF HARTVILLE, OR 15 MILES  
EAST OF MARSHFIELD, MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.  
 
HAZARD...TORNADO.

IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
