* WINDS...SOUTH WINDS SUSTAINED OF 20 TO 30 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO  
40 MPH  
 
* TIMING...THROUGH LATE AFTERNOON TODAY.  
 
* IMPACTS...LOOSE OUTDOOR ITEMS WILL BE VULNERABLE IN THE WIND.  
DRIVING MAY BECOME HAZARDOUS...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE  
VEHICLES ON WEST TO EAST ROADWAYS.
