THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA AND
PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS.

DAY ONE

TONIGHT.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN

FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON, MUCH OF THE OUTLOOK AREA COULD SEE NEAR-
CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS, DUE TO THE COMBINATION OF
NORTHWEST WINDS GUSTING 20 TO 25 MPH, AND RELATIVE HUMIDITY
FALLING TO AROUND 25 PERCENT.

SUNDAY INTO MONDAY, SOUTH WINDS WILL INCREASE IN STRENGTH. SOME
PLACES COULD SEE SUSTAINED SPEEDS AT LEAST 30 MPH WITH HIGHER
GUSTS, ESPECIALLY IN NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS.

BETWEEN SUNDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY, ON-AND-OFF CHANCES FOR
THUNDERSTORMS RETURN TO THE OUTLOOK AREA. ALTHOUGH IT IS STILL TOO
EARLY TO DETERMINE SPECIFIC DETAILS, THE GENERAL WEATHER PATTERN
APPEARS SUPPORTIVE OF AT LEAST SOME STRONG THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY.
