AREA. RADAR IS INDICATING THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN  
THE WARNING AREA. RIVERS AND STREAMS ARE RISING RAPIDLY. ANOTHER 1  
TO 2 INCHES IS POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.
