AT 2:50 PM SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING MOSTLY IN THE  
EASTERN SLOPES OF THE SACRAMENTO MOUNTAINS AND OTERO MESA. THE  
STRONGEST STORM IS NEAR MAYHILL AT THE MOMENT. THE STORMS IN THE  
AREA ARE MOVING SLOWLY TO THE EAST, WHICH WILL ALLOW ACCUMULATIONS  
OF UP TO AN INCH OF RAIN WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS. WIND GUSTS OF  
UP TO 30 MPH AND SMALL HAIL COULD BE POSSIBLE. THESE STORMS COULD  
PRODUCE LOCALIZED MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS AND ARROYOS.
