AS OF 245 PM ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE DEVELOPING OVER THE AREA.
THE STRONGEST OF THIS ACTIVITY IS NOW LOCATED NEAR FAYWOOD AND THE
CITY OF ROCKS. WEATHER RADAR SHOWS THIS ACTIVITY IS MOVING TO THE
SOUTH SOUTHWEST AROUND 10 MPH. DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR HAS
ESTIMATED RAINFALL RATES FROM THESE STORMS FROM .4 TO .7 INCHES
PER HOUR. THIS ACTIVITY SHOULD CONTINUE OVER THE NEXT 2 HOURS. AN
ISOLATED CELL COULD PRODUCE A BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOUR WITH SOME LOW
AREA FLOODING. SMALL HAIL, WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH AND CLOUD TO
GROUND LIGHTNING IS ALSO POSSIBLE. THE OUTFLOW FROM SOME STORMS
MAY PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING DUST AHEAD OF THE STORM REDUCING
