AT 510 PM MDT ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE IN PORTIONS  
OF HIDALGO, GRANT, LUNA AND DONA ANA COUNTIES. THESE STORMS ARE  
MOVING AT 15 TO 20 MPH TO THE EAST WITH THE STRONGEST CELL LOCATED  
EAST OF COTTON CITY. SOME CELLS ARE ABOUT TO CROSS THE  
INTERNATIONAL BORDER INTO SOUTHERN DONA ANA COUNTY. AN OUTFLOW  
BOUNDARY COMING FROM THESE CELLS IS ALREADY APPROACHING THE EL  
PASO AREA, EXPECT WINDS UP TO 35 MPH. AFTER THE OUTFLOW PASSES  
THROUGH SOME SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS COULD DEVELOP IN PORTIONS  
OF EL PASO THIS EVENING. STRONG WIND GUSTS, SMALL HAIL AND UP TO  
HALF AN INCH OF RAIN AND LOCALIZED FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS  
COULD HAPPEN WITH THESE STORMS.
