.MOIST NORTHERLY FLOW ALOFT, COMBINED WITH A WEAK COOL FRONT AT  
THE SURFACE IN THE AREA, WILL BRING THUNDERSTORMS TO THE AREA  
TONIGHT. WITH CONTINUED HIGH MOISTURE VALUES, HEAVY RAINFALL AND  
FLASH FLOODING IS POSSIBLE. MUCH OF THIS AREA RECEIVED ONE HALF TO  
ONE INCH OF RAIN ON WEDNESDAY, WITH A FEW SPOTS RECEIVING ONE  
PLUS INCHES OF RAIN. THIS MUCH OR MORE RAINFALL COULD FALL AGAIN  
TONIGHT, RESULTING IN FLOODING. NOT MUCH CHANGE FOR FRIDAY  
AFTERNOON AND EVENING; MORE HEAVY RAIN AND FLOODING POSSIBLE.  
BURN SCARS WILL BE ESPECIALLY VULNERABLE TO FLOODING THESE NEXT

* HEAVY RAINFALL OF ONE TO TWO INCHES IS POSSIBLE; ON SOIL THAT  
IS ALREADY FAIRLY WET FROM PREVIOUS RAINS.  
 
* BURN SCARS WILL BE ESPECIALLY VULNERABLE TO FLOODING-REQUIRING  
MUCH LESS RAIN FOR FLOODING THAN AREAS WITH LIVE VEGETATION.
