NORTHEASTERN ECTOR...SOUTHEASTERN ANDREWS...NORTHWESTERN MIDLAND AND  
SOUTHWESTERN MARTIN COUNTIES...  
 
AT 512 PM CDT, DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY  
RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA HAD DIMINISHED. HOWEVER, SOME AREAS  
REMAIN FLOODED, AND PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS REMAINS A HAZARD.  
 
SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...  
MIDLAND, ODESSA, COTTON FLAT, WARFIELD, MIDLAND AIRPARK AND  
SKYWEST AIRPORT.  
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...  
 
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL  
CREEKS AND STREAMS, URBAN AREAS, HIGHWAYS, STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS  
WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
