HIGH PRESSURE WILL SLIDE JUST EAST OF THE REGION TONIGHT  
PROVIDING DRY AND COMFORTABLE CONDITIONS. THERE WILL BE A PERIOD  
OF CLOUD COVER ACROSS FAR EASTERN SECTIONS, WITH CLEAR SKIES  
ELSEWHERE. LOWS TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM THE LOWER 60S ACROSS THE  
NEW YORK CITY METROPOLITAN AREA, TO MAINLY 50S ELSEWHERE.  
 
A WARMER WEST TO SOUTHWEST FLOW WILL DEVELOP ON FRIDAY ALONG WITH  
A GOOD DEAL OF SUNSHINE. TEMPERATURES WILL AVERAGE WELL ABOVE  
NORMAL WITH HIGHS MAINLY IN THE MIDDLE 80S ACROSS MUCH OF THE  
REGION, WITH SOME 70S ACROSS SOUTHEASTERN COASTAL SECTIONS.  
 
THE HUMIDITY WILL BEGIN TO CLIMB NOTICEABLY FOR FRIDAY NIGHT INTO  
SATURDAY. CLOUDS WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE ON SATURDAY WITH AN  
INCREASING CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND POSSIBLY A FEW THUNDERSTORMS FOR  
LATE IN THE DAY AND INTO THE EVENING.
