...A LINE OF HEAVY RAINFALL WITH A FEW RUMBLES OF THUNDER WILL  
AFFECT WESTERN WYOMING...ERIE AND SOUTHWESTERN GENESEE COUNTIES...  
 
AT 628 PM EDT, RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF HEAVY RAINFALL WAS LOCATED  
ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 47 MILES WEST OF NIAGARA FALLS TO 12  
MILES WEST OF ERIE BASIN MARINA.  
 
THE HEAVY RAINFALL WILL MOVE ACROSS THE BUFFALO METRO AREA AND  
SOUTHTOWNS, WHICH JUST A ROUND OF HEAVY RAINFALL. THIS MAY CAUSE  
LOCALIZED FLOODING AND PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS. DO NOT DRIVE  
YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS. FLASH FLOODING IS POSSIBLE,  
STAY ALERT TO THE WEATHER CONDITIONS AND CONTINUE TO MONITOR FOR ANY  
WARNINGS, IF NEEDED.  
 
WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.  
 
LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...  
BUFFALO, CHEEKTOWAGA, WEST SENECA, LACKAWANNA, KENMORE, DEPEW,  
TONAWANDA, AMHERST, LANCASTER AND HAMBURG.
