MOISTURE WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE TODAY AFTER MOSTLY  
SUNNY SKIES THIS MORNING. SOME SHOWERS CAN ALREADY BE SEEN  
ENTERING THE FORECAST AREA IN THE LOCAL OUTER ATLANTIC  
WATERS NORTHEAST OF EL YUNQUE. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES ARE EXPECTED  
TO REMAIN ABOVE CRITICAL LEVELS. WINDS WILL BE LIGHT UNTIL SEA  
BREEZES BEGIN BUT SHOULD REMAIN BELOW 15 MPH. SHOWERS COULD BE  
HEAVY AND AN ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM CANNOT BE RULED OUT BUT IS  
UNLIKELY. MOISTURE WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE THROUGH FRIDAY. FIRE
