LATE THIS AFTERNOON, SKIES WERE CLEAR ACROSS MOST OF THE LONE STAR  
STATE. PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES PREVAILED OVER THE PANHANDLE.  
TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE 70S AND 80S ACROSS THE STATE, WITH A FEW  
90S IN WEST TEXAS AND THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY. WINDS WERE GENERALLY  
FROM THE SOUTH AT 15 TO 25 MPH, WITH HIGHER GUSTS IN WEST TEXAS.  
 
AND NOW THE FORECAST SUMMARY FOR WEST CENTRAL TEXAS. UNSEASONABLY  
WARM CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE ON FRIDAY, WITH HIGHS CLIMBING INTO  
THE MID TO UPPER 90S ACROSS THE CONCHO VALLEY AND HEARTLAND. A COLD  
FRONT WILL SWEEP ACROSS THE REGION ON SATURDAY BRINGING A CHANCE OF  
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. COOLER TEMPERATURES CAN BE  
EXPECTED ON SUNDAY, WITH HIGHS IN THE UPPER 60S TO LOWER 70S.
