THIS AFTERNOON, PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES WERE MAINLY ACROSS EAST AND  
SOUTH TEXAS, WHILE MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES WERE COMMON ACROSS THE REST OF  
THE STATE. THE COLD FRONT WAS PUSHING INTO DEEP SOUTH TEXAS. WHILE  
WINDS WERE NORTH AT 10 TO 20 MPH OVER MOST OF THE STATE, WINDS HAD  
SHIFTED TO THE SOUTHWEST ACROSS THE PANHANDLE AND SOUTH PLAINS.  
TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE 60S ACROSS THE PANHANDLE AND SOUTH  
PLAINS TO THE 80S AND 90S IN SOUTH TEXAS JUST AHEAD OF THE FRONT. IN  
BETWEEN THESE TWO LOCATIONS, READINGS WERE MOSTLY IN THE 70S.  
 
IT WILL BE COLDER TONIGHT WITH LOWS IN THE MID 40S, WITH A FEW  
READINGS IN THE LOWER 40S IN LOW LYING AREAS. HIGHS MONDAY SHOULD  
WARM INTO THE LOWER 80S. ANOTHER WEAK COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS  
THE AREA MONDAY EVENING, BRINGING COOLER TEMPERATURES FOR TUESDAY,
