EASTERLY DOWNSLOPE WINDS TO AREAS ALONG AND NEAR THE WEST-FACING  
SLOPES OF VARIOUS MOUNTAIN RANGES, INCLUDING THE FRANKLINS,  
ORGANS, AND HUECOS. WIND GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE IN  
TYPICALLY FAVORED AREAS.  
 
A STRONGER BACKDOOR COLD FRONT MAY BRING GUSTY WINDS BACK TO THE  
SAME AREAS THURSDAY NIGHT OR FRIDAY MORNING.
