DAY ONE
 
TODAY AND TONIGHT  
 
A COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE COASTAL WATERS TODAY AND A MODERATE TO  
STRONG OFFSHORE WINDS DEVELOPING IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT. A FEW  
STORMS ALONG THE FRONT COULD PRODUCE WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 30  
KNOTS. MARINERS SHOULD PREPARE FOR A WIND SHIFT AND BRIEF GUSTY  
WINDS AND LOCALLY ROUGH SEAS LATE THIS MORNING.

A COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE REGION EARLY THIS MORNING. A BAND OF  
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD ACCOMPANY THE COLD FRONT WITH  
MOST OF THE STORMS MOVING THROUGH BETWEEN 7 AM AND NOON.  
WIDESPREAD RAINFALL OF ONE HALF INCH WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS OF 1  
TO 2 INCHES POSSIBLE. SOME STORMS WILL BRING GUSTY WINDS OF 20 TO  
40 MPH WITH THE FRONT.
