WILL DEVELOP AND MOVE NORTH TO NORTHWEST AT 15 MPH ACROSS PORTIONS  
OF SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS. BEST AFTERNOON RAIN CHANCES WILL BE  
GENERALLY ALONG AND SOUTH AND SOUTHWEST OF I-10, AND THE CHANCE OF  
RAIN SHOULD DECREASE BY SUNSET. RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO 1/4 INCH
