PERSISTENT CLOUD COVER. PATCHY LIGHT RAIN AND DRIZZLE WILL BE  
POSSIBLE LATE TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT. A WEAK TO MODERATE  
SOUTHEAST FLOW IS EXPECTED TO RETURN BY SUNDAY NIGHT. A WEAK TO  
MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED ON MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT AHEAD  
OF THE NEXT COLD FRONT ON TUESDAY. STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW AND HIGHER  
SEAS...WITH SMALL CRAFT CONDITIONS LIKELY AND GALE FORCE WINDS
