WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 10 NM SOUTHWEST OF UPPER SAN  
JACINTO BAY TO 9 NM SOUTHWEST OF EAGLE POINT...MOVING EAST AT 20  
KNOTS. THESE STORMS SHOULD MOVE ACROSS THE UPPER TWO THIRDS OF  
GALVESTON AND TRINITY BAY THROUGH 730 PM. EXPECT GUSTY WINDS AND  
LIGHTNING.  
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...  
 
MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
