SOUTHERN NOBLE...NORTH CENTRAL LOGAN...NORTHWESTERN PAYNE AND  
SOUTHEASTERN GARFIELD COUNTIES...  
 
AT 307 PM CDT, DOPPLER RADAR AND AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGES INDICATED  
THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. UP TO TWO  
INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN. OVER AN INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN  
IN STILLWATER IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. DANGEROUS FLASH FLOODING IS  
EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY, OR MAY HAVE ALREADY STARTED.  
 
SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...  
STILLWATER, PERRY, GLENCOE, ORLANDO, LAKE CARL BLACKWELL, LAKE  
MCMURTRY, LUCIEN AND HAYWARD.  
 
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE  
WARNED AREA.  
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...  
 
TURN AROUND, DON'T DROWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS. MOST FLOOD  
DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.
