AFTERNOON. THIS WILL ALLOW A LITTLE MID LEVEL MOISTURE TO MOVE  
NORTHWARD INTO NORTHERN UTAH BY FRIDAY AFTERNOON. THE MAIN THREAT  
WILL BE HIGH BASED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING OUTFLOW WINDS  
POTENTIALLY TO 30-35 MPH. THE OVERALL WIND DIRECTION WILL BE  
SOUTHWEST AT 10-15 MPH BUT OUTFLOW WINDS COULD BE ANY DIRECTION  
DEPENDING ON WHERE THE SHOWERS ARE IN RELATIONSHIP TO YOUR BURN.  
THE MOST LIKELY CHANCE FOR ANY DEVELOPMENT WILL BE TO YOUR  
NORTHEAST OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF THE UINTAS.
