THUNDERSTORMS WITH HAIL GREATER THAN 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER AND  
WIND GUSTS FROM 60 TO 70 MPH. AN ISOLATED TORNADO IS POSSIBLE,  
MAINLY OVER SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA.
