WYOMING...SOUTH CENTRAL WYOMING AND SOUTHEAST WYOMING.

TODAY AND TONIGHT  
 
WIDELY SCATTERED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP THIS  
AFTERNOON WITH THE GREATEST COVERAGE OVER CONVERSE AND NIOBRARA  
COUNTIES. GUSTY WINDS ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS BUT  
WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED. WINDY CONDITIONS WILL  
ALSO DEVELOP WEST OF INTERSTATE 25 THIS AFTERNOON. GUSTS OF 40 TO  
50 MPH ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.
