* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...6 TO 8 INCHES WITH UP TO 10 INCHES  
AT THE HIGHER PEAKS.  
 
* WINDS/VISIBILITY...VISIBILITY WILL MOST LIKELY BE LESS THAN A  
QUARTER OF A MILE AT TIMES THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL BE WEST AT  
15 TO 30 MPH THIS MORNING, BECOMING NORTHWEST AND THEN NORTH  
THIS AFTERNOON. GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.  
 
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL LIKELY DUE TO SNOW COVERED ROADS  
AND LOW VISIBILITY ALONG THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF INTERSTATE  
80 WEST OF CHEYENNE. THOSE PLANNING OUTDOOR RECREATION IN THE  
MOUNTAINS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SNOWY CONDITIONS AND LOW  
VISIBILITY AT TIMES.
